Hunter HeLal
Founder/Co-Owner | Engineering & DesignHunter brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience helping organizations design, optimize, automate, and scale complex distribution and fulfillment operations. His background spans industrial engineering, warehouse design, project management, engineering leadership, material flow, and automation and robotics strategy across retail, e-commerce, 3PL, and technology environments.
At Ingenic, Hunter leads engineering and design efforts, helping clients translate operational requirements into practical layouts, capacity and labor plans, material handling strategies, and right-fit automation solutions. His focus is on creating scalable, implementation-ready solutions that balance people, process, space, equipment, and technology.
Patrick Schwarz
Co-Owner | Head of ConstructionPatrick brings more than 12 years of experience leading construction, facilities, operations, and capital projects across industrial, logistics, warehouse, and fulfillment environments. He has helped deliver more than 30 facilities across the U.S. and Canada, representing over $1 billion in combined project budgets. His background includes leadership roles with Amazon, Shopify, and Flexport, with experience spanning early planning, budgeting, design coordination, procurement, permitting, construction execution, startup, and closeout.
At Ingenic, Patrick leads construction consulting and owner’s representation, helping clients manage cost, schedule, risk, accountability, and project delivery from initial planning through turnover.
Kevin Ineson
VP of EngineeringKevin brings more than 30 years of experience shaping and delivering complex fulfillment, distribution, and industrial networks around the world. His background spans operations, industrial engineering, real estate, site selection, capital planning, facility design, construction, automation, and startup, giving him a unique ability to connect long-term business strategy with practical facility execution. Throughout his career, Kevin has led large-scale capital programs, global expansion initiatives, greenfield and brownfield projects, live-operation retrofits, and specialty environments including grocery, cold chain, pharmacy, robotics-enabled fulfillment, and last-mile networks.
At Ingenic, Kevin helps clients make better decisions across the full facility lifecycle — from network and site strategy through engineering, construction, launch, optimization, and long-range portfolio planning.
